Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be noted on your invitation.

What should I wear?

The dress code is formal wear. For women, this includes ankle and floor length dresses. For men, this includes dark suits paired with dress shirts and ties. There are no required colors!

You May Be Wondering...

Are kids allowed?

We love your little ones! But we kindly ask that only those named on your invitation join us for this celebration.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will start at 4pm. To ensure everyone arrives on time, we recommend arriving no later than 3:45pm.

Where do we go when we arrive?

The ceremony will be held in the chapel (see the venue map found in the Q + A section). Please park in either lot and come straight to the chapel. You may want to drop older guests or anyone with physical limitations off near the chapel and then park. Please note: There is NOT a restroom in the chapel. If you need a restroom before or during the ceremony, you will need to go to the reception hall.

Where will the ceremony and reception be?

The ceremony will be inside the chapel. Cocktail hour will be outside as long as we are blessed with a mild December day. The reception will be held indoors. Everything will take place on The Springs Event Venues grounds. The chapel is not connected to the reception hall (see map in the Q + A section), so guests are encouraged to bring something warm to wear for the walk between buildings.

What food will be served?

There will be light offerings at cocktail hour as well as a coffee bar and sodas, followed by a serviced buffet dinner during the reception.

When are RSVPs due?

We kindly ask guests to RSVP no later than November 12. However, if you are able to reply sooner, you will be added to our list of favorite people. (We heard a rumor that the first guest to RSVP will be served dinner first. We can neither confirm nor deny!)
